It takes 21 days to make a new habit.
What are you going to do with your next 21 days? I am going to be making daily meditation a habit. I’ve been dabbling in meditation for a while now. I’d commit myself for a few days here or there but I never had any consistency to sitting. My goal by the end of the 21 days is to not only make daily meditation a part of my life but to be able to sit without the aid of a guided meditation every time. Will I make it? I don’t know…stick around and find out.
There is no reason that you can’t join in…there is a group of fabulous women, brought together by Just Me Actually, all doing this together in separate cities, and states (but boys are allowed in meditation too.) Today is our first day, Easter Sunday will be our final day.
If you’ve never meditated before and need an easy introduction I highly recommend the guided meditations by Meditation Oasis. Her voice is soothing and you can find a meditation to fit your desired length of sitting. Try starting with just a few minutes. It all counts.

I’m cheering you and your friends on, Jill. Great challenge! Hope you all can make meditation a regular part of your lives. It is so worth it…
Mary, your support is such an honor. Thank you.
